If you're looking to improve your game and "turn your game upside down," then this program is for you!
Golf fitness & Simulator training
A 70min training session that focuses on strength & stretch that is specific to each golfer's individual concerns & needs.
In your first introductory session, you will spend 30 min with one of our fitness trainers so they may perform a total body assessment of your mobility, stability, overall strength & flexibility followed by a consultation to discuss your concerns and share with you what the trainer observed from their assessment.
We will then have your head on over to one of our simulators where our golf/swing pros will spend another 30 min with you. During this time, they will assess your swing, utilize the club data gathered, and offer video analysis to develop the best course of action with your fitness trainer to get you & your swing feeling strong, balanced, and "up to par" for the season!
The FIT N' HIT program was designed to have a more immediate response to your swing. We know that if you combine strength, alignment, and stretch followed by immediately performing full golf swings, the new good habits will "translate" more naturally and much faster to your natural swing than training fitness (especially non-golf specific fitness) one day, then hitting the range another day.
This immediate transfer from the fitness focus to the "finesse" of the swing is where we hope to see the improvement in speed, stability, shapes, and power!
Having indoor simulators and a fully equipped gym offers the perfect space to become FIT N' HIT!
FIRST LESSON ONLY = 1 TIME $40 ASSESSMENT + $160 TRAINING SESSION (1.5HOUR TOTAL)
